Hi P Tan,
I'm also the resident at Clover By The Park, and has helped many buyers got a unit there. Personally sold more than 25 units at this condo. See website www.CloverByThePark.sg
Clover has obtained the TOP last Thursday 21 July 2011. Very limited units now, and sellers are allasking above $1100psf.
If you can stretch a bit more, about $1.43M to $1.45M, I might be able to help you to get either Stack 08, above #25 or a Stack 11, above #22.
I suggest you ahve to decide fast, as once owners pick up keys and do an open house, they might revised their asking price. Please feel free to drop me an email or call me directly
